5.5 I.K.S Cross Pants by Leatt

The Leatt 5.5 I.K.S adult cross pants combine a lightweight, stretchy textile construction with an ergonomic fit to support movement in off-road conditions. Its ventilated panels, knee reinforcements, and I.K.S system provide comfort and ease during intense rides in motocross, trial, or supermoto.

Design and Materials

• The lightweight textile construction reduces the feeling of bulk during movements on the bike.
• The Twisted Yarn Micro Mesh fabric, which stretches in four directions, accommodates position changes with enhanced mobility.
• The minimal seams reinforced with tape improve the durability of the pants during off-road use.

Ventilation and Breathability

• The 250 laser-cut perforations promote air circulation as riding intensity increases.
• The main micro-mesh structure helps dissipate heat to maintain greater comfort in warm weather.

Water Resistance and Sealing

• The DWR C0 80/20 water-repellent treatment limits moisture penetration during splashes and slightly wet conditions.
• The water-resistant design helps keep you more comfortable when the track or terrain becomes wet.

Protection and Reinforcements

• The HeatGrip inner knee panels with aramid reinforcement enhance grip at the knees and withstand repeated stresses.
• The multi-layer I.K.S. inner system reduces wear associated with wearing compatible knee guards or braces.

Fit and Cut

• The three-dimensional anatomical cut conforms to the riding position for a tailored fit suited for off-road riding.
• The five-panel pre-shaped construction supports the position on the footpegs and limits strain during movements.
• The seamless seat and shaped inseam enhance comfort when the rider remains in the riding position for extended periods.

Practicality and Features

• The 360° Hypalon Waistlock retention system stabilizes the pants at the waist during movements on the bike.
• The micrometric closure allows for precise and quick adjustments before hitting the track.
• The improved machine wash resistance facilitates regular maintenance after off-road outings.
