What are speed stabilisers?
A speed stabiliser is a throttle control mechanism that allows the rider to leave it in a desired position.
The Kaoko Cruise Control consists of an ingenious and robust system: a friction knob integrated into a specific handlebar end.
The Kaoko handlebar end replicates the design of your motorcycle's original one. Installation simply requires replacing the original end with ours.
Usage:
To engage: With your hand on the throttle, you can operate the knob by pinching it between your little finger and the palm of your hand. This action tightens the knob, creating enough friction to slow down the throttle. (The friction does not lock the throttle; it slows it down!)
To disengage: By reducing the throttle, pinch the knob again between your little finger and the palm of your hand. The throttle will now be free.

Can I install the Kaoko Stabiliser myself?
Each kit comes with its set of parts necessary for assembly, as well as instructions. The assembly is simple and quick, taking just a few minutes. In most cases, installing the stabiliser will only require removing the old handlebar end.
