CYLINDER WORKS Cylinder - Ø97mm Yamaha YZ450F (manufacturer part number: CW20014)

The bare CYLINDER WORKS cylinder is designed for the replacement of the damaged cylinder block on 450 cc machines. Precision machined and made from selected materials, it offers an OEM-type replacement solution to get your engine back in working order without structural modifications.

Diameter: Ø97 mm
Standard compression
Surface treatment for improved thermal resistance
OEM type – fits in place of the original cylinder
Supplied bare (without piston or rings)

Ideal for rebuild preparations or repairs after a crash/contamination, this cylinder fits into the Cross universe where reliability and machining repeatability are essential. Note that it is supplied without internal components: ensure you have the appropriate piston, rings, circlip, and gaskets when replacing.

Compatibility (examples): FANTIC XEF 450 RALLY (2024), YAMAHA WR 450 F (2023), FANTIC XEF 450 (2024). Check the reference and dimensions of your engine before ordering to ensure proper fit.
