Features

VERTEX Complete Top-End Kit - Forged Piston (Manufacturer part number: VTKTC24209C-2) designed for motocross use. This kit includes the essential components to replace the piston and associated parts during a top-end rebuild. Forged aluminum piston, carefully finished with tolerances suitable for OEM installations.

Piston Compression: Standard
Bore Diameter: 95.00 mm
Piston Diameter: Ø 94.970 mm (oversize Letter C)
Material: Aluminum (forged piston)

The kit includes all necessary elements for a clean replacement: piston, rings, piston pin, circlips, top-end gaskets, and, depending on the application, needle cage for 2T engines. The versions intended for 4T engines also include a timing chain. Note: top-end kits do not contain ignition or clutch cover gaskets — be sure to order them if you are changing the timing chain or disassembling these covers.

Compatible with many modern 450 enduros; examples include: KTM 450 EXC-F SIX DAYS (2024), HUSQVARNA FE 450 (2024), KTM 450 EXC-F (2024). Always check the specifications and part number before installation to ensure compatibility with your cylinder and piston/ring clearance.
