50 cm³ Cylinder Kit (Piston Pin 10 mm) – 101 OCTANE (Ref. 28880)

Replace the worn top-end of your moped with this 50 cm³ cast iron cylinder kit designed for Piaggio Ciao, Boss, Bravo, Grillo, and Si. Delivered complete for simple and quick installation, this kit is aimed at urban riders looking for a durable repair without breaking the bank.

Kit Contents: cast iron cylinder, piston, rings, piston pin Ø10 mm, clips, and gasket set.
Cylinder Head: not included — the original cylinder head can be reused.
Compatibility: suitable for PIAGGIO CIAO 25/50 models and Euro 2 variants (see manufacturer references).
OEM Replacement: can replace OEM parts 249711 / 827637.

This kit is ideal for restoring a worn or seized top-end. The cast iron sleeve provides a robust support surface for the piston and rings, while the supplied set allows for complete reassembly without the need for additional parts. Perfect for city rides or daily commutes on a moped.
