ATHENA Cylinder Kit Ø77 mm for Yamaha YZ250F (14-15) and WR250F (15-18) — manufacturer reference P400485100049. Designed for motocross use, this ATHENA cylinder kit provides a complete solution for preparing or refurbishing your 250 four-stroke. Targeted materials and finishes ensure a robust part, designed to withstand intensive off-road use.

Nickel-carbide treated aluminum cylinder for a durable sliding surface and improved wear resistance
Optimized design increasing coolant volume for more effective thermal regulation
High-performance exhaust valves and bronze cylinder head dome for long-lasting reliability
Forged piston with skirts treated with molybdenum disulfide to reduce friction
Complete kit delivered: piston, rings, circlips, pin, gasket set, and, depending on versions, cylinder head and exhaust valves

Diameter: Ø 77 mm. Material: aluminum. Compatible with the listed YZ250F and WR250F (see model years). Ideal part for riders looking for a serious engine preparation base, with replacement components available separately (pistons, rings, gaskets).
