Specifically developed for the Honda CRF250R (from 2020 onwards), the ATHENA Ø79 mm cylinder kit incorporates technical solutions from serious off-road preparations. Designed to replace the original block or to increase displacement, it is aimed at motocross and enduro riders looking for a robust and precise base for their engine.

• Bore: Ø79 mm — diameter indicated for adaptation and displacement calculation.
• Material: aluminum cylinder treated with nickel-carbide for a durable bearing surface.
• Design with increased coolant volume for better thermal management.
• High-performance exhaust valves and bronze cylinder head dome according to specifications.
• Forged piston with skirts treated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) to reduce friction.
• Delivered complete: piston, rings, circlips, pin, gasket kit, and, depending on versions, cylinder head and exhaust valves.
