CYLINDER WORKS Big Bore Cylinder Kit - Ø98mm
Manufacturer reference: 21003-K02

Designed for Yamaha YFZ450R/X quads, this CYLINDER WORKS Big Bore cylinder kit features a bore increased to Ø98 mm for those looking to transform the engine base without sticking to the original configuration. Intended for engine modifications, it fits into the process of increasing displacement and is aimed at riders and tuners seeking a reliable foundation to optimize torque and RPM stability.

This kit is part of a mechanical upgrade strategy: engine refurbishment, replacement during a rebuild, or a step in a more advanced preparation. Installation requires appropriate tools and precise adjustments (valve clearance, timing, break-in...), which is why we recommend installation by a professional or experienced mechanic.
