MALOSSI MHR Aluminum Cylinder Kit Ø 47 mm, Piston Pin Ø 10 mm (Manufacturer Ref. 31 7559)

Designed for 50 cc scooters focused on urban performance, this MALOSSI MHR cylinder kit utilizes materials and machining from the competition range. The assembly features a barrel made of aluminum alloy rich in silicon and titanium, a stabilizing heat treatment, and an internal coating of silicon carbide (SiC) on a nickel-plated matrix for excellent wear resistance.

• Bore: Ø 47 mm, precision CNC machining for controlled circularity and perpendicularity.
• Piston: high silicon/titanium aluminum alloy, external graphite coating for a low coefficient of friction and reinforced structure.
• Ring: unique ductile iron 1 mm, hard chrome coating on the contact surface.
• Cylinder Head: aluminum alloy with high thermal transfer, combustion chamber optimized for high compression ratio.
• Transfers and Exhaust: diagrams designed for sporty use and bench/motorcycle testing.

Note: Kit designed for piston pin Ø 10 mm. If your crankshaft has a pin Ø 12 mm, you must install piston ref. 34 7849 according to MALOSSI's recommendations. Product intended for competition use on circuits or authorized locations; road use is non-compliant and liability is declined.
