POLINI cylinder kit made of aluminum designed for Vespa 200 PE / PX: displacement increased to 221 cc thanks to a diameter of Ø68.5 mm and a stroke of 60 mm. This kit features optimized mechanical components for track use: aluminum body for better heat dissipation, new silencer mounting via a monoblock steel collector, and installation with 4 screws.

The piston has been redesigned with wide passages on the skirt to facilitate transfer feeding and an optimized dome for strength and cooling. The head features additional fins across its surface to maximize heat dispersion; the machined dome is paired with a copper gasket. The centering pins ensure a consistent crushing surface across the entire diameter of the cylinder. Compared to the previous model (ref. 140.0084), this kit shows a performance increase of approximately 6% at the same RPM.
