Polini cylinder kit designed for the Aprilia SXR 50 4T Euro 5. Aluminium body and cast iron barrel Ø49 mm for improved heat dissipation and great mechanical stability. Provides gains in acceleration and top speed, allowing for an increase in displacement to approximately 80 cm³ in the Polini configuration.

Design and Materials

• Aluminium cylinder body for more efficient heat dissipation, reducing the risk of overheating during prolonged use.

• Ø49 mm allowing for an increase in displacement to approximately 80 cm³ in the Polini configuration, for better engine responsiveness.

Usage and Performance

• Designed to enhance acceleration and top speed, offering a more responsive and dynamic ride.
• Map 1 (ECM + variator 241.737): rev limiter raised from 7,500 to 8,600 rpm and speedometer reading increased from 45 km/h to 53 km/h for a plug & play performance enhancement.
• Map 2 with valve springs: rev limiter elevated to 10,000 rpm and speed increased to approximately 55 km/h, mechanical intervention and professional adjustments recommended.
• Map 3, by combining the Ø49 mm kit (ref. 140.0237) and recommended Polini components, allows reaching over 70 km/h in the complete configuration.
