POLINI Cylinder Kit - Ø40mm (Manufacturer reference: 166.0094) is a high-performance engine kit designed for 50cc scooters. Intended for the refurbishment of the thermal group, this kit includes all the necessary components to renew the upper part of the engine and get back on the road in urban environments.

Kit contents: cylinder, cylinder head, complete piston, and upper engine gaskets.
Piston diameter: 40 mm.
Allows for a complete refurbishment of the scooter's upper engine without needing to replace the entire block.
Manufactured by POLINI, a recognized brand in the thermal group field with extensive experience gained in competition.
Associated spare parts: replacement piston PN2040720, upper engine gasket kit PN2090410.

This kit is aimed at urban riders and demanding DIY enthusiasts looking for a complete solution for the upper engine. It is particularly suitable for the most common 50cc scooters: YAMAHA AEROX R (SA421) 2018, MBK NITRO NAKED 2017, and APRILIA SONIC 50 GP 2015.
