TOP PERFORMANCE Racing "Due Plus" Cylinder Kit – A complete kit designed for small 50 cm³ engines intended for urban and roadster use. This kit combines an optimized combustion chamber design and robust materials for an engine response suited for sporty road riding. The new head geometry increases the surface area in contact with the coolant to better stabilize operating temperatures; the compression ratio has been recalibrated to account for these new thermal values.

Delivery contents:

• 1 cylinder Ø 49.5 mm made of special "MINACROM" cast iron (with chrome additive)
• 1 piston Ø 49.5 with high silicon content
• 1 chrome-plated piston ring, thickness 1 mm
• 1 piston pin Ø 12 x 42 mm
• 1 bearing for piston pin Ø 12 x 15 x 15 mm
• 2 circlips for piston pin
• 1 combustion chamber and 1 cover
• Set of Viton O-rings (various diameters) and flat gaskets provided
• Reducer for temperature sensor, M14 x 1.25 cap with aluminum gasket
• Reducer sleeve for muffler connection (from Ø 28 to Ø 25 mm)

Main features: bore 49.5 mm – stroke 39 mm – displacement 75 cm³ – squish 0.9 ±0.1 mm. Diagram: exhaust 195° / transfers 128°. Geometric compression ratio 14.5:1 (actual 7.9:1). Piston compression: Racing. Material: aluminum.
