J.Costa Transversal scooter DimmerRef : 490607PRO

The transverse scooter variators J.COSTA help to limit unnecessary friction encountered with traditional variators.
This saving translates into a power gain of around 15% during acceleration and recovery phases.
At equal engine speed, the engine torque and the scooter's performance are significantly superior.

The transverse variators ensure a good lifespan for the engine. The latter, being less stressed, heats up less. It thus deteriorates less quickly. Made from very high-quality steel, J.Costa variators are highly durable over time.

Warranty closure imposed by J.Costa.
The installation must be carried out by a professional. J.Costa excludes from warranty variators that are not installed by a professional. The invoice from said professional is authoritative.
Therefore, we recommend installation by and at a professional.

Warning: the installation of this part, even if carried out by your dealer, may result in the loss of your vehicle's warranty. Please consult with them.

Important: For the installation of the variator, you must strictly follow the provided installation manual.
The tightening of moving parts and covers must be done to the recommended torque using a torque wrench and not a pneumatic gun.
