The POLINI Hi-Speed variator (manufacturer reference 241.738) is an evolution derived from competition development, designed for demanding urban scooters. Specifically engineered for Kymco AK and CV3 550, it enhances transmission behavior for sharper acceleration and a higher rotational speed, useful in urban traffic and on highways.

Concentrated performance and reliability: competition-derived design for reinforced daily use.
Optimized transmission efficiency: better utilization of the engine range for more responsive acceleration and pick-up.
Special steel ring: nickel-chrome cemented, tempered, and ground for increased wear resistance.
Constant axle lubrication: maintains lubrication even under severe urban use conditions.
Reduced friction: specific treatment of the inner tracks of the rollers to limit energy losses.
Delivered complete: variator ready to install, supplied with 1 set of 12 rollers.

Compatible notably with: KYMCO CV3 (2025 - 550 cm3), KYMCO AK 550 (2023/2024 - 550 cm3). This part is intended for riders seeking a livelier and more reliable transmission for their urban scooter.
