The POLINI Hi-Speed Evolution variator is designed to optimize the transmission of Kymco AK and CV3 scooters. Developed from competition, it targets urban riders seeking a more responsive throttle opening without compromising the overall transmission reliability.

Concentrated performance and reliability: components treated to reduce friction and support intensive urban use.
Maximum transmission efficiency: design engineered to promote higher rotational speeds, enhancing acceleration and responsiveness.
Special nickel-chrome cemented steel ring: hardened and ground for increased pulley longevity.
High-resistance push spring: ensures stable and progressive variator behavior.
Constant axle lubrication: maintains lubrication even under severe usage conditions.
Treated rollers: special inner tracks for minimal friction — variator delivered complete with 1 set of 8 rollers.
