Made from a specific aluminum alloy, it focuses on a meticulous finish and strict machining tolerances to enhance sliding and transmission consistency.

The components have been selected for their durability in urban use: self-lubricating sintered steel ring and rollers made from blends of polymers, carbon, and Kevlar aimed at minimizing wear. The geometry of the ramps and the profile of the rollers are designed to offer a variation curve that aims to balance responsive starts and speed margin in a straight line.
