Replacing worn weights helps maintain a smooth gear transition and prevents long-term jolts or erratic acceleration. This kit is suitable for urban driving configurations and stop-and-go situations, where consistent acceleration and variator responsiveness are crucial. For a clean and safe installation, also check the condition of the variator groove, rollers, and bushings; consult a professional if you are not comfortable with mechanics.
