Features

The AXP Xtrem skid plate with linkage protection (manufacturer reference AX1783) is a protective plate designed for off-road and motocross. Moulded from 8 mm thick HDPE, it protects the engine, frame, and swingarm while remaining compact and suitable for trail and enduro use. Its design incorporates a reinforced area around the linkage to limit the entry of stones and absorb impacts encountered on tracks and trails.

Material: HDPE (high-density polyethylene) — good resistance to shocks and debris.
Thickness: 8 mm for a balance of strength and weight.
Colour: Subtle black, finish suited to the motocross style.
Linkage protection: specific area to secure the rear suspension transmission.
Installation: adjustment designed for precise positioning and clean integration under the chassis.

Designed by AXP for riders who venture off the tarmac, this skid plate is ideal for minimising damage from stones and impacts on challenging sections.
