Expedition Engine Guard by Touratech

The Expedition engine guard protects the engine block during off-road outings thanks to its reinforced design. The 4 mm aluminium base plate combined with a stainless steel mounting plate distributes impacts across multiple fastening points. Plastic rails cover the screw heads to limit dirt build-up and facilitate maintenance after intensive use.

Design and Materials

• 4 mm aluminium base plate distributing impact loads to minimise damage to the engine
• Stainless steel mounting plate located beneath the base distributing shock forces across multiple fastening points for robust support
• Plastic rails covering the screw heads preventing mud deposits to maintain access to the fixings

Practicality and Features

• Design aimed at effectively preventing severe damage such as engine block punctures for functional off-road protection
• The underside of the bike is not obstructed by the plates to retain access to the lower engine components during maintenance
• Easy installation and removal even after intense use on challenging terrain to simplify maintenance and inspections
