Valve Black Diamond™ — manufacturer reference 80-80077. Designed for enduro and motocross enthusiasts seeking a reliable and high-performance exhaust valve, the Black Diamond™ by Kibblewhite is CNC machined from a monoblock forging of EV8 stainless steel to combine lightness and robustness.

• Manufacturing: CNC machined monoblock forging (EV8), made in the USA.
• Surface treatment: special German process at 0.002" depth with a surface layer of 0.0002", enhancing wear resistance and reducing friction compared to chrome or electrolytic nickel treatments.
• Design: profiles optimised by finite element analysis (F.E.A.) and validated on a computerised flow bench for controlled exhaust behaviour.
• Stem: coated in black Nitroneg for better glide and abrasion resistance.
• Specifications: tulip angle 25°, head diameter 0.965" (24.50 mm). Application: exhaust.
