Features
Valve Black Diamond™ by KIBBLEWHITE (manufacturer part no: 20-4170): a nitrided one-piece valve designed for vintage and touring cylinder heads. Ideal for exhaust applications, this valve combines a stainless steel stem and a Stellite tip to withstand the thermal and mechanical stresses typical of classic Harley engines.
- Process: special nitriding (depth 0.002" and surface layer 0.0002") to enhance wear resistance and reduce friction.
- Construction: stainless steel one-piece with Stellite tip — superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to hard chrome and electroplating.
- Fuel compatibility: suitable for leaded and unleaded fuels.
- Guide usage: cast iron or bronze guides with low tolerances for optimal oil control and maximised heat dissipation.
- Specifications: tulip angle 29°, head diameter 1.615", stem diameter 0.3096" — application: exhaust.
- Origin: made in the USA.
