Valve Black Diamond™ - KIBBLEWHITE (manufacturer part no: 96-96007)

Designed for cross and enduro engines, the Black Diamond™ valve is a CNC-machined intake/exhaust component made from a monobloc forging of EV8 stainless steel. Its profile, studied through finite element analysis (F.E.A.) and validated on a computerised flow bench, aims for a smooth gas flow and precise dimensional stability suited for high-performance cylinder heads.

Stem finish: black Nitroneg coating
Surface treatment: German process at 0.002" depth with a surface layer of 0.0002" — improves wear resistance and reduces friction compared to conventional treatments
Manufacturing: monobloc forged, CNC machined, made in the USA

A robust and precise product, the Black Diamond™ is aimed at riders looking for a replacement or optimisation valve for KTM SX‑F 505 RACING, SX‑F 450 RACING, and SX‑F 250 (2007) models as well as similar machines. Installation and inspection according to manufacturer recommendations are advised.
