The Black Diamond™ valve from KibbleWhite is a monoblock valve designed for exhaust applications, aimed at demanding roadsters. Made from stainless steel with a Stellite tip and subjected to a special nitriding process (depth 0.002" and surface layer 0.0002"), it aims to enhance wear resistance and reduce friction compared to traditional treatments. Its lightweight profile and optimised geometries provide good flow characteristics in the cylinder head while ensuring effective heat dissipation when used with cast iron or low-tolerance bronze guides.
