Features

Tensilite® Valve (Manufacturer Ref. 40-41416T) — KIBBLEWHITE
Engine valve for exhaust application, designed for motocross competition and demanding setups. CNC machined from monoblock forgings in titanium alloy (6AL4V or 6-2-4-2), the Tensilite® combines lightweight and mechanical strength for cylinder heads subjected to high stresses.

Application: Exhaust, motocross use
Tulip angle: 25°
Head diameter: 25.00 mm (0.984")
Finish: Low friction coefficient CrN PVD coating — shock, abrasion, and corrosion resistant
Manufacturing: CNC machined, monoblock — Made in USA

Designed for riders seeking reliable parts for the valvetrain, this Tensilite® valve offers a combination of reduced mass and treated surface to limit wear at the stem/shaft and tulip. Compatible with many motocross cylinder heads, it notably fits the Kawasaki KX 250 F (2017-2018) according to original settings.
