Malossi Fixed Plate (manufacturer part number: 6112672) — a replacement part for the variator, designed for urban scooters. Created by Malossi, this fixed plate replaces the original one to restore proper transmission function and provide a solid foundation for serious variator maintenance.

Part: variator fixed plate
Material: specific Malossi alloy
Finish: hardened nickel surface treatment
Cooling: integrated fins to promote heat dissipation
Goal: durability and reliability of the transmission pulley

Ideal for mechanics and workshops, this fixed plate is installed as a replacement for the original part to refurbish the variator. The fins and nickel finish reduce wear caused by heat and contribute to the longevity of the pulley/belt assembly, without unverified technical promises.
