Designed for cruisers and touring, this lower fork clamp provided by THRASHIN SUPPLY CO includes everything essential to install a closer handlebar without any modifications. The supplied closure plate allows you to remove the OEM steering lock: take it off and continue using the original steering lock and key without additional parts. Comes with a machined stem cap, bolt, and complete hardware.

• Optimisation possible with the Carbon Fiber Lock Cover (sold separately).
• Two mounting positions for risers: original position and 1.35" closer to the rider for a straighter and more compact handling.
• No riser bushings needed — simplified installation.
• The original cables are suitable for a total riser + handlebar height of up to 15".
