Legend Suspension AXEO Comfort (manufacturer part number: 0414-0741) is a front suspension system designed for FL Touring models. Engineered to provide a "touring comfort" setup, it prioritises the absorption of small bumps and a ride quality suitable for long distances and varied roads.
- Cartridges: two monotube shock absorber cartridges with dual chambers, supplied with two rebound springs.
- Adjustment: threaded preload to accommodate the rider's weight and extend the adjustment range.
- Comfort & handling: setup focused on comfort while maintaining stability, road holding, and traction.
- Behaviour: reduces front dive during hard braking and decreases the risk of bottoming out; limits footpeg and footboard drag.
- Installation: standard length to maintain original height, simple installation. Designed for front wheels of original diameter.
- Manufacturing: handcrafted in Sturgis, SD (USA).
Important notes: this product is not compatible with 21" or 23" wheels. Models from 1997-2001 equipped with original air forks require the purchase of OEM Harley-Davidson part numbers 45419-80 (x2) and 45733-48 (x2) for installation. Ideal for riders seeking a comfort/control compromise on their FL Touring.
