Made from high-quality chrome-silicon wire and compliant with DIN2095 grade 1 standards, these springs are engineered to ensure consistent elasticity and durability at the heart of the fork.
- Manufacturing: cold winding, heat treatment, tempering, and shot peening for a uniform spring structure.
- Finish: ground ends, polishing, and length rectification after presetting to limit snag points and reduce internal friction.
- Traceability: part number and spring rate laser-engraved on each spring.
