Product details :

Features

Plug & Race Cartridge / DDC - White by Touratech: a competition cartridge designed to replace the original BMW DDC cartridge without modifying the handlebar controls or the electronics. Ideal for sporty riders who want a more consistent fork behaviour and fine adjustments suitable for both track and demanding road use.

Installation: fits into the original BMW fork, retains use with the DDC system.
Adjustments: adjustable spring preload from the top of the fork leg to fine-tune front/rear balance.
Technical: integrated piston Ø 35 mm, Closed Cartridge system with separate oil and nitrogen chamber (reducing the risk of foam formation and stick-slip).
Compatibility: designed for BMW S1000RR (from 2015) — all DDC riding modes (Rain, Sport, Race, Slick, User) and ABS/ASC functions remain available.
Approval: ABE included — suspension height: standard — mounting location: front.

The delivered kit is ready to install: Plug & Race cartridge, electronic connection plug for BMW DDC, and installation/use manual. For riders concerned about front behaviour, this cartridge provides a solid foundation to refine damping and feel at the handlebars without compromising the original electronic integration.
