Pro Race Friction and Steel Disc Kit by Newfren

The Pro Race kit consists of steel discs and friction discs designed for off-road and competition use. The friction material combines cellulose, resins, and carbon for a high coefficient of friction and reduced compressibility, stabilising the clutch response. The special design enhances oil circulation for more efficient operation during intensive use.

Design and Materials

• Pro Race steel and friction discs for a durable metal/friction combination suitable for repeated stresses.
• Friction material primarily composed of cellulose, resins, and carbon for a high coefficient of friction and reduced compressibility, contributing to stable clutch response.
• Special design promoting oil circulation, beneficial for maintaining consistent performance during prolonged use.
• Friction plates: quantity 8, thickness 3, outer diameter 123.5, inner diameter 105.5 to match the required configuration during replacement.

Usage and Performance

• Developed in collaboration with Superbike, Moto3, and MXGP teams, benefit: proven design for intensive demands.
• Race-oriented product, with stable performance even in the most demanding usage conditions for reliable modulation during intensive use.

Advantages

• Steel plates: quantity 7, thickness 1.6, 30 teeth, outer diameter 124, inner diameter lower teeth 99, inner diameter upper teeth 92 for precise engagement and accurate fitting.
