Pro Race Lined and Smooth Discs Kit by Newfren

The Pro Race lined and smooth discs kit is designed for road and sport use. The linings combine cellulose, resins, and carbon for a high coefficient of friction and reduced compressibility, while the design promotes oil circulation. This combination of materials and design aims for a more consistent braking response and performance stability during intensive use.

Design and Materials

• Pro Race linings primarily composed of cellulose, resins, and carbon: high coefficient of friction and reduced compressibility for a sharper response during sustained use.
• Steel discs (7 pieces, thickness 2.3): rigid structure that contributes to consistent contact between discs and linings.

Usage and Performance

• Optimised design for oil circulation: maintains efficient disc operation during prolonged use.
• Stability of linings and performance even in challenging conditions for more consistent braking modulation.

Practicality and Features

• Detailed contents for verification before installation: 2 friction discs (thickness 3.8, outer diameter 139.5, inner diameter 119.5).
• Second set of friction discs included: 6 discs (thickness 3.3, outer diameter 138.5, inner diameter 112.5) to complete the set.
• Set of steel discs included: 7 pieces (thickness 2.3, 28 teeth, outer diameter 139, inner diameter lower teeth 110.5 mm, upper teeth 104 mm) for dimensional control upon replacement.

Advantages

• OEM reference F2637QC
• Kit includes all listed parts for a complete replacement
