Pro Race Friction and Smooth Discs Kit by Newfren

The Pro Race kit consists of steel discs and friction discs developed in collaboration with Superbike, Moto3, and MXGP teams. The cellulose-based friction material, resins, and carbon provide a high coefficient of friction and reduced compressibility for a sharper clutch response. The design promotes oil circulation and ensures performance stability under intensive use.

Design and Materials

• Friction blend primarily made of cellulose, resins, and carbon ensuring a high coefficient of friction and reduced compressibility for a more responsive clutch
• Steel discs and special design promoting oil circulation for more efficient disc operation under sustained conditions

Usage and Performance

• Competition product developed with professional teams, suitable for intensive use on track or under heavy load
• Optimised pad design to maintain performance stability even in the most challenging operating conditions

Practicality and Features

• Friction set consisting of 1 disc thickness 3.8 with Ø ext 139.5 and Ø int 119.5 and 8 discs thickness 3.3 with Ø ext 138.5 and Ø int 112.5, useful for checking part compatibility before installation
• Steel plates including 1 plate thickness 2 and 7 plates thickness 2.3, number of teeth 28 and inner diameters 110.5 / 104, allowing for the reconstruction of the original stack
