CK Series Friction Disc Kit – EBC (Manufacturer's reference: CK2206)
Replace the heart of your clutch with a set designed to withstand the intensive use of small displacement and off-road motorcycles. This CK Series friction disc kit contains the complete set of engine friction discs, made from cork impregnated with aluminium particles and mounted on steel plates. The heavily compressed construction limits swelling and slipping, while providing a stable friction zone for progressive engagement at the lever.
Ideal for Enduro, Cross, Trial, and Urban use, this kit is particularly suited for small displacement bikes (e.g. Yamaha DT 50/80). Installation and bedding in according to manufacturer recommendations and the use of the recommended gearbox oil are essential to ensure longevity. Whether you are looking to regain a strong grip at low revs or a more consistent pickup on trails, these discs provide a reliable foundation for restoring your clutch.
