Dry Friction Discs Kit by Newfren

The Dry kit is designed for the replacement of dry single-disc clutches across various BMW, Moto Guzzi, and Piaggio three-wheeler applications. Available in a standard exchange version K and a KW version featuring a new friction material, it aims to provide stable friction performance after thermal stress. This product is intended for replacement interventions where compatibility with single-disc clutches is sought.

Design and Materials

• Synthetic aramid fibre friction material offering high mechanical strength against traction and heat, useful for limiting degradation under heavy loads.
• Anti-glazing property: the material does not glaze under overheating and regains its characteristics after cooling for more consistent friction.
• Performance maintenance in the presence of oil, reducing sensitivity to light contamination and preserving clutch stability.
