Pro Race Line Friction Disc Kit by Newfren

This friction disc kit is designed for demanding applications, part of the Pro Race range. The discs utilise a blend of cellulose, resins, and carbon for a high coefficient of friction and reduced compressibility. The separate notch design enhances oil circulation for more efficient operation. This kit aims to ensure performance stability during intensive use.

Design and Materials

• Blend of cellulose, resins, and carbon providing a high coefficient of friction and reduced compressibility, for a more consistent clutch response in intensive use
• Separate notch design improving oil circulation, promoting more efficient operation of the discs

Usage and Performance

• Fatigue resistance and performance stability even under extreme use, to maintain clutch behaviour in severe conditions
• Developed in collaboration with Superbike, Moto3, and MXGP teams, tailored to the demands faced in competition

Practicality and Features

• Includes 8 friction discs, allowing for the replacement of all discs when the assembly requires 8 pieces
• Thickness 2, to be checked to match original specifications during replacement
• Number of edges 12, to be compared with the hub splines to ensure correct assembly
• Outer diameter 134 and inner diameter 112, useful references for checking compatibility with the clutch plate

Advantages

• OEM Reference F1485Q
• Type Cross, designed for off-road and motocross applications
