POLINI Clutch Kit — Manufacturer Ref: 230.0022
POLINI branded friction disc kit, designed for the replacement of clutch discs on Vespa scooters 200 cm3 (PX and derivatives). Designed for urban use, this kit contains the necessary cork discs for reassembling the clutch and meets the usual friction material standards for this type of application.
Installation and maintenance tips:
- Preparation of the discs: we suggest placing the new cork discs in oil overnight before installation.
- Before installation, check the condition of the drum, springs, and bell: wear or deformation can affect the proper functioning of the new assembly.
- Install the kit while respecting the torque specifications and adjustments recommended by the manufacturer for the clutch control.
- Consider a gradual break-in after replacement to stabilize the contact of the friction materials.
