Features

TRW Friction Plate – Manufacturer Ref: MCC403-5

TRW friction plate designed for motorcycle clutches: a kit of friction discs intended for demanding riders on road and track. The friction material has been selected to provide improved heat resistance and increased durability. Its very low compressibility minimizes clutch slippage at high revs and torque, ensuring a precise torque transmission and clutch feel.

These friction discs are particularly suited for the small displacements listed among common applications (e.g. YAMAHA TT‑R 125 LWE, BETA RR 125 Motard, RIEJU TANGO 125), as well as other machines requiring a friction kit of the same specification. Ideal for clutch lifts, quick shifts, and mixed road/off-road use.

Important note: some synthetic oils may increase the risk of slippage with friction discs. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for oil and the break-in procedure during installation.
