The linings use a selected friction material to provide good heat resistance and superior durability compared to basic compositions, while maintaining low compressibility to limit slipping when revs or torque increase.

These plates are fitted as replacements for the original discs on compatible models and deliver a more direct grip feel and sharper clutch engagement — useful when putting significant strain on the mechanics during acceleration or over long distances. Note: some synthetic oils may increase the risk of slipping with lined discs; please follow the manufacturer's recommendations when re-oiling.
