TRW - Friction Plate (Manufacturer's Ref: MCC501-9)

Designed for demanding enduro and motocross riders, this TRW friction plate comes as a kit ready to replace the worn discs of your clutch. The friction material has been selected to provide better heat resistance and increased lifespan compared to standard compositions. Its very low compressibility reduces the risk of slipping, even when the motorcycle endures high torque or sustained demands off-road.

Ideal for machines subjected to high revs and loads — challenging trails, technical areas, or fast sections on track — it ensures a crisp and repeatable clutch response. Compatible with many off-road models (among the most cited: KTM EXC 300 Sixdays 2012, KTM EXC 300 2012, KTM SX 250 2012).

Note: some synthetic oils may increase the tendency to slip with lined discs. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations when choosing oil and during installation.
