EXO-RACE AIR CARBON Full Face Helmet - MOVE ON by Scorpion Exo

Full face helmet designed for track and road use, combining an advanced carbon shell with performance-oriented solutions. The Lite Force Carbon Matrix construction and multi-layer stacking promote energy dissipation and a balanced profile to reduce fatigue during riding. Practical features include Pinlock® 120XLT® MaxVision™, intercom compatibility, and the Airfit® system for a precise fit.

Design and Materials

• Lite Force Carbon Matrix shell made from a stack of fibres and carbon to enhance energy dissipation and structural integrity in the event of an impact
• Vacuum manufacturing and layer bonding for a homogeneous shell providing rigidity and mass balance
• Optimised construction reducing weight by approximately 100 g compared to some carbon helmets, helping to limit fatigue during long sessions

Safety and Standards

• ECE R22.06 and FIM #2 (FRHPhe-02) certified to meet competition requirements while remaining road-legal
• Emergency extraction system allowing for safer helmet removal by a responder in case of an accident
• Screen locking mechanism for better sealing combined with the included Pinlock® 120XLT® MaxVision™ lens to reduce fogging and enhance visibility

Ventilation and Breathability

• Aero-Tuned design with air intakes and exhausts to stabilise aerodynamics and dissipate heat
• Additional exhaust vents and internal channels to quickly expel warm air and moisture
• Chin vent with 2 positions offering simple airflow adjustment to the face

Comfort and Ergonomics

• Airfit® system to inflate cheek pads and adjust the fit without pressure points
• Pre-cut 3D KwikFit pads facilitating eyewear use while maintaining support
• Removable and washable interior for easy maintenance and preserved hygiene
• Black Titanium double-D buckle ensuring reliable fastening and a robust finish at the chin strap

Practicality and Features

• Intercom ready with speaker placements for easy Bluetooth kit installation
• Tool-free removal for the visor and routine helmet maintenance
• Clear visor installed and smoke shield included for quick adaptation to light variations
• Integrated wind deflector and chin curtain to reduce turbulence at the chin and enhance riding comfort
