Features

VANCE & HINES Silencer Packing (ref. 16108)

Glass fibre reconditioning kit designed to renew the interior of silencers. Ideal for vintage/classic exhaust preparations and restorations, this packing offers a clean and uniform material to replace worn or damaged insulation. Compact and easy to shape, it allows for a clean refurbishment of the exhaust core without complications.

Material: heat-resistant glass fibre
Dimensions: width 24 cm (9-1/2"), length 33 cm (13")
Unit: ready-to-use kit
Usage: spare parts for silencers / reconditioning
Universe: Vintage / Classic

This kit fits silencers requiring packing of these dimensions and is suitable for replacing the baffle or internal insulation. For a clean installation: disassemble the silencer, remove old residues, position and pack the filling according to the type of baffle, then reassemble while respecting the torque specifications. Does not alter the compliance of the parts; check dimensional compatibility with your silencer before installation.
