Magnum Shielding Cable Kit – Ref. 4861142

This Magnum XR handlebar installation kit brings together all the necessary components to mount an ape hanger handlebar or 2" risers on a touring motorcycle. Designed to provide a clean installation and refined ergonomics, it includes throttle cables (or pre-wired throttle-by-wire extensions), clutch cable or hydraulic line, XR DOT brake lines, fasteners, copper washers, and fully finished wiring extensions for indicators and switches.

• Handlebar Compatibility: height 38–43 cm (15"–17").
• Finish: black cables with vinyl sheathing, polished fittings before plating for a clean and robust appearance.
• Braking: reinforced stainless steel lines, abrasion-resistant nylon sheathing, compliant with DOT FMVSS-106; uses the existing lower brake line.
• Installation: fully brazed collectors with -3 AN fittings for simplified installation; upper Quick Connect clutch included (uses existing lower clutch).
• Performance: cables developed for low effort and maximum efficiency, meeting or exceeding OE specifications in fit, construction, and durability.
• Universe: specially suited for Touring / Road Glide projects (e.g. listed Harley Road Glide CVO and ST models).
