Features

BILTWELL 1" Handlebar — Manufacturer Ref. 6001-2016

A handlebar designed for enthusiasts of vintage/classic looks and custom builds. Made from seamless chromoly 4130 tubing, with a diameter of 1" (25.4 mm) and a wall thickness of .120" (~3 mm), it combines rigidity and a raw finish suitable for retro bikes and bespoke projects.

Mandrel Bending: all curves are made using internal mandrels on a CNC bender to limit tube flattening.
TIG Welding: joints are made with precision for a clean and durable finish.
Usage: intended for aftermarket/custom applications, ideal for replacing or customizing the riding position.
Non-Grooved: supplied without grooves (non grooved) — compatible with TBW (throttle by wire) setups if the control management allows.
