Features

BILTWELL T-Bar 1" (manufacturer ref. 6220-2016): a vintage-style handlebar designed for chopper/bobber builds and classic projects. Designed as a simple and clean bar, it offers a sharp silhouette that suits minimalist setups and retro lines.

Material: 4130 chromoly seamless tube (steel alloy).
Dimensions: outer diameter 1" (≈25.4 mm) x wall thickness 0.120" (≈3.05 mm).
Forming: bends made on a CNC bender with internal mandrels to prevent any flattening of the tube.
Welding: beveled cuts and TIG welds for a clean and neat finish.
Category: handlebars / HANDLEBARS — Vintage/Classic universe.

This T-Bar is aimed at riders and builders looking for a handlebar with traditional lines, easy to integrate into a custom build.
