Features

BILTWELL 1" Handlebar – Manufacturer Ref. 6016-2017

Designed for the vintage/classic spirit, this 1" Biltwell handlebar combines a retro look with modern manufacturing details. It is aimed at riders who want to replace their handlebars while maintaining an authentic aesthetic and a clean integration of controls.

Construction: seamless 4130 chromoly tube, 0.120" thick (≈3 mm) for a robust structure.
Forming: mandrel-bent tubes for precise alignment and thoughtful ergonomics.
End finishing: machined slots at the ends and in the clamping area, designed for a neat internal routing of cables.
Throttle side end: moulded reinforced nylon cap, compatible with certain OEM and aftermarket cables (single or dual); removable cap to expose the grooved and tapered right end designed for the integration of a Harley Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) module.
Welding: tube joints cut at an angle and TIG welded with precision for a clean and reliable finish.

This Biltwell handlebar is particularly suited for restorations or vintage/classic custom projects. It facilitates internal routing of cables and preparation for a TBW system when the cap is removed. Please check the dimensions and compatibility with your motorcycle and controls before installation.
