Installation

• Unroll the heating cover and place it around the tyre (front or rear) so that the heating band is in good contact with the surface of the tyre.
• Secure the cover using the provided fasteners (straps, Velcro, clips) to ensure an even wrap.

Connection and adjustment

• Connect the cover to its power source (mains socket or suitable generator).
• Turn on the control unit.
• Set the desired temperature according to your rubber:
• Soft tyres: lower target temperature to avoid degrading the rubber.
• Hard tyres: slightly higher target temperature to achieve ideal grip.
• If available, activate the hold mode to maintain the temperature between sessions without overheating.

Heating up

• Allow to heat until the indicator shows the target temperature.
• Avoid touching the heating band or the tyre during heating to prevent burns.

Before going on track

• Turn off the cover a few minutes before getting on the bike to ensure the tyre retains its heat.
• Remove the cover and store it carefully.

Between sessions

• If you are doing multiple runs, simply put the cover back on and activate the hold mode to keep the rubber ready.
