Quick Install pushrod designed for preparations and maintenance on vintage/classic and touring Harley engines. This pushrod facilitates adjustments without removing the rocker covers: the base loosens for quick access to the installation, and the locking nut slides along the rod for secure tightening. Machined in the United States, it combines practicality with a robust design suited to the demands of the timing system.

• Thread: 7/16”-20 (adjustment ≈ 0.050" per turn — 2 turns = 0.100").
• Construction: initial tube 7/16" OD then 3/8" OD leaving reinforced threads; wall thickness 0.134".
• Installation: quick access without removing the rocker covers; the base unscrews to facilitate assembly.
• Compatibility: individual length intake and exhaust rods (requires separately sold pushrod tube kit).
• Origin: Made in the USA.

Technical note: correct adjustment requires that the pushrods are fully filled before tuning. Particularly suitable for the Harley models listed at the top of the sheet (FXDLS, FLSTFBS, FLSS 2017 1800 cc).
