DRAG SPECIALTIES Alternator Stator (manufacturer part number R29997-07) designed for replacing the stator on roadsters and Sportsters. As the central component of the alternator, it ensures the production of the current necessary for charging the 12 V battery and powering the onboard electronics. Ideal for maintaining a reliable charge during urban rides as well as longer outings.
Indicative compatibility: suitable for Harley-Davidson Sportster models (e.g. XL 1200 X Forty-Eight, XL 1200 V Seventy-Two, XL 1200 C Sportster Custom - model year 2014). Check OEM references and fitment before installation. The stator operates in coordination with the vehicle's regulator/rectifier; replacement is generally carried out by removing the alternator cover. We recommend installation by a professional or motorcycle mechanic to ensure correct wiring and alignment.
