Stator kit + controller designed for Harley-Davidson Sportster (models 1994-2003). Designed to replace the original alternator/regulator assembly, this kit is aimed at riders looking for a complete and ready-to-install replacement part during engine maintenance or electrical restoration.

Electrical Characteristics: Voltage 12V
Stator Dimensions:
- A (outer diameter): 132 mm
- B (inner diameter): 70.5 mm
- C (core thickness): 15.8 mm
- D (coil thickness): 25.5 mm
Kit Contents:
- 1 x stator ESG991
- 1 x controller ESR856

Important note: Technically modified stators are not eligible for exchange. Warning: This regulator is not suitable for lithium-ion batteries; using it with this type of battery may damage the battery or other electronic components.

Common compatibilities: HARLEY DAVIDSON XL 1200 S SPORTSTER SPORT (2003), HARLEY DAVIDSON 1200 SPORTSTER (2000), HARLEY DAVIDSON HUGGER 883 SPORTSTER (2000). Ideal part for Harley Sportster roadsters, to be installed during a charging system overhaul or electrical maintenance.
